where we ship we ship within greece only, mainland and islands. more countries soon.

what it costs every order ships at one fixed price: €3, wherever you are in greece. orders over €70 ship free. you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

when it leaves we pack every order by hand in athens and send it within [1–2] working days. on drop days it can take a little longer. we'll let you know if it does.

when it arrives delivery usually takes [1–3] working days on the mainland and [2–5] working days to the islands. once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with the tracking number.

check your address please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. if a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, we'll get in touch to send it again. the second shipment may cost extra.

lost or damaged if your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at info@ohana.com.gr or dm us on instagram, with your order number and a photo if something's damaged. we'll sort it out.
